What is the difference between posting into FB groups or fanpages and comments?

Pages are horrible and being nerfed by Facebook...
How many post do you do in groups? Whats your time gap between post?I agree i post mostly in groups but be careful as FB is cra cra and you will end up in FB jail if you post or comment too often.
