I placed my order on May 6th and here is my honest review (sorry for the long delay, I was waiting to see the results since the service doesn't provide reports):
The ordering process was very quick and easy. I provided OP the details, made my payment, and that was it. I provided a site which has been ranking on first page for many months. This was the only service I've used on it in a while since I stopped working on that site quite a while ago.
So far, I haven't seen any ranking improvements (lost a few spots actually), so I'm going to report back again in about another week or so since the rankings might still shoot up (main keyword is a fairly low competition one with about 8800 exact searches I believe). Here are the results so far (I'm posting the ranking over the past month, as well as 3 month history):

Thanks for you honest review crazedspyker. Yeah this is one of 3 sites that still didn't get a serp rise. On the other hand please give it another week or 2 because the panda and paydayloan updates effected the serps much or less. 3 days ago a site shoot up from nowhere for 3 of its keywords.

Another update :
I purchased this package around a month ago for a site that was stuck on page two.
One keyword has around 27000 and the other keyword has around 33000.
After my keywords stabilized they are dancing between 1 and three and now I am making around 600 a month from the keywords so I am satisfied with this service and will buy again.
