I don't have any experience with Yelp but I would highly suggest you take advantage of the two day free trial to see if it works for your needs!

Each request you make through our proxy automatically uses a new IP (from our massive pool).
I'm not too sure about your second question though, I have PMed you.

I got the 2 days trial , which was actually 1 day since by the time the service gets activated takes a bit. Could not make the Trial work with Scrapebox. Then bought the paid, could not make they work with Scrapebox, either. Sam ( the owner/support), responded on 2 of my tickets , yet this did not solve the problem. I am gonna wait 1 more day, and cancel.
Overall: 5 days - could not make it work with Scrapebox.!!
