Router and ip related question.

you can buy additional ip from your ISP
however static IPs are bit expensive

You didn't got me. I've dynamic ip and I'm happy with it, it's just that I have 2 computers and I don't want both the computers to use same ip at the same time, I want two computers to use unique ip at the same time, so, my question is, would it work if I just by another router and set it up such that 1 pc connect to 1 router, and another pc connect to another router and would it give me unique ip for both, basically my router give different ip when I switch if off and on.

I got what you meant and I believe that's not possible
IP is allocated by the ISP
so even if you dynamic IP addressing they will allot you only one IP at a time
IP changes everytime you switch it off and on because the ISP connection gets reset and it allots you a new IP from the available pool
if you need additional IP then either you need to buy a static IP or get a new connection another PC
Here in india a new connection with dynamic IP is cheaper than the static IP
best solution will be to buy a private proxy and attach it to another PC with same connection
that way it will be cheaper as well as both the PC will be having different IP
