Right first of all, the refund is my fault, I can send that today for the $29. SEO at the end of the day is unpredictable (sorry to sound like such a cliche), yes I had a look at your link profile, this was when you still hadn't given us the right URL - you gave us the right URL after I took a look at your link profile, please double check this with your emails. We gave 2 Casino related domains, 2 unrelated. But the reason why I suggested the 301s point directly to your site is due to link dilution - so that you get all the power. We always assume BHW customers have done onpage SEO correctly, and are adding fresh content, it's not like we're selling as an agency to local businesses (where in fact we'd probably be charging double what we do even now)
In regards to the quality of the domains, we have never ever re-used domains for different customers - yes the domains are pre-used, but by the previous owner - that's the point of a 301, it's meant to come with a link profile already which can pass through to your site thus allowing you to gain authority quicker, if we gave you a "fresh" domain like you said in your previous post, it'd hold no SEO value whatsoever. You must be able to appreciate that this niche is so difficult, it's almost impossible to guarantee results based on 4 301s, we quite clearly say what we recommend for what competition in our first page of this thread, and that should be regularly done as well. On to my next point, because we don't force index them, they only showed up on your link profile actually 2 weeks ago, 301s take time to pass the juice, some take longer, some take less time, we say this in the email, this is something beyond our control. Ofcourse we could force index them, but that probably wouldn't be good for you.
If you had emailed me asking what improvements you can make to your site, I would've been glad to help - for example, e39393 (sorry if I misspelt) purchased a webmaster package 6 days ago, I've been giving him basic pointers to help improve his site. I don't mind doing this (even though most SEO services on here wouldn't even do that, they'd actually say "we're only link sellers"). Next point; we clearly state we don't guarantee niche related, but the results are very similar nonetheless, and your site is a foreign domain, with a bespoke casino niche, to find domains for you that are laser targeted as you're requesting, they're like a needle in the haystack, if you had actually asked in the notes to say you specifically want niche related domains, I would've either a) told you we can't, or b) asked for a little more money considering they tend to be much more expensive.
You did mention your site is foreign, but I haven't read anywhere through my emails that you wanted niche specific/country specific. My next point; you've actually replied here, instead of waiting on my response on the email you sent on saturday, if you had waited, I would've been more than happy to figure something out, give you pointers for improvement, and perhaps even change 2 of the domains, as a buyer, do you not think a team that's been nothing but responsive to your emails deserves at least the chance to help you further (out of our own pocket baring in mind) instead of receiving a negative review?
The reason why we got frustrated is because we never were given a chance to actually help you out, or even change the 301s to another site for you. You wrote a negative review probably 5 minutes after you emailed me, I was actually about to reply to your email now, but Howard showed me this.
