Best PPD site with highest referral rates

I have been working for some months in PPD. Mostly using astrocash. I got some knowledge about good niches and how to get download's. From time to time people asking me for tip's, tutorials etc. I have been thinking about change my methods and start to earn with referrels - I would help them earn money. Im looking for trusty PPD site with high referral rate's. Cleanfile same as astrocash and most of best known and most used site's in PPD got around 5%-10%. Does there exist any site with offer more than it ?

10% is the max any PPD/CPA network offers mate and i think its a fair referral commission..

I highly doubt that there are any sites which offer more than 10% ref. commissions. You can always talk to the owner of the network to get a good deal for yourself.
