how to create many twitter accounts

hello
i create mall twitter application send tweets to users
if i create 50 twitter account and authenticate it with this api, and every account start tweet 4 tweets every 30 min
is this will suspend my accounts, if i create every 10 with referent ip (restart the router and clear cookies).

and at last
can any one tell me the best way to create many twitter account without cause to suspend or ban, no problem if its manually

You need to go slow. Find some blogs related with the niche of your twitter account and use ifttt or twitfeed to autotwit some relevant content, you can schedule some humanlike twits for not being detected as a bot.

Search for relevant tags three times a day and follow manually some relevant profiles. And RT or fav some twits

When you see that your account is working: new followers not coming from followback, some RT and fav or your twits,... you can start the autopilot: automatic follows,rt,... Via bots and add monetized twits to your TL, but keep some not monetized twits.

my idea is to create some accounts, these accounts sending mention tweets to people every 30 min, for example 100 account, all of these accounts post same tweet but with deferent username, and ask him to follow the main account, is this good idea

You send a messege to each of the user or just tweet.
Also when making accounts make sure you use good proxies, public proxies are
being used by hell lot of other users and chances that they stay long is very less.
And also make sure you dont leave any footprint while making accounts this will lead to mass ban.

what's the goal? Having more followers in the main account? For what? Because if the main account only twit spam or bullshit they are going to unfollow you soon or later.

i create a bot to send direct messege to targeted users and want to sell it, i just collect information on how can the buyer use this bot, before i start to sell i need to know if this bot is really useful to the buyers, so they don't lose thiere money
