Thanks for taking time to respond to messages , i have a question for you , for example i have a niche "GTA 5 Cheats" and i need to start to look for a expired domain , do i need to find domain like "Gta 5 Hack , GTA 5 Cheats , GTA 5 Tutorials " or something related to gaming , what do you think is better ?

And what do you think is a good PA/DA for a domain to buy it and what website / tool do you use for checking the backlinks of that domain ? I used ahrefs but i only use it for 1 domain , and when you check the backlinks what are loking for ,what are the factors that you think that the domain worth ?

Search and Register domain, Search for $1 hosts, register, setup nameservers, manage all the sites at a go.
You nee to sit back and relax. That's pretty much you need to do.

If you get the domains then do you use your PBN only for a certain niche? Let's say you want backlinks for "painting" niche and then you want backlinks for "car" niche. Will you use the same PBN to backlink to these sites? If so then the PBN has to have a very general theme/niche/area. How do you deal with that?

you can search for online game niche related expired domains..
Good PA/DA means natural authority not DA /PA gained by some backlinking tools
when checking domains try to check back links if it's exist or not...check domain age as well..also laws check how many time domains have been dropped ..if the domains is dropped more than 3 times it loses it's power to rank
