woot so this means social signs actually do have value for google?

I would say links from social networks have some value. But once you have the links the amount of likes and other sharing stuff doesn't give you much if any benefit.

I have tried social signals and I noticed only google+1/shares and twitter tweets have some effects. FB likes/shares don't do any good/bad. Maybe Google hates Fb that's why.

I expect the results from those social signals come primarly from Pinterest, as those are in fact normal back links.

I've seen many social signal case studies and it always includes Pinterest and often also social bookmarks which are also normal links of course.

Would be nice to see a case study based on purely Likes (not facebook shares) and +1's (not status updates).

I bet Case Study #3 will be back in less than 72 hours in top20.

$10. 1:1 odds. If you want to call the bet, just mention in the thread :)

Still nobody??
It already came back once, so if you want to bet 72 hours countdown starts with this post.

I'm using WhatsMySerp because SERPBook doesn't provide live rankings.

Also, a mini update:

Day 4
Study #1 - #175
Study #2 - #99
Study #3 - N/A
Study #4 - N/A
Study #5 - #209

What about yahoo rankings? Should be worth it for such a huge keyword.

This could destroy this case studio! And if this thread was a rip off to get new customers on false case studies? I do not want to tarnish his name but if the accusation was true there is to think a lot about the true in this thread!

I have nothing against the guy, and fair play to him if he is doing well.

I am not ageist but I would be concerned about trusting the SEO for my business to a 13 year old.

How did you guys make the Inc 500 already? Your domain is 19 days old and already on the Inc 500 - amazing.

You guys are a bunch of little wizards huh??

You must do such great SEO that Tech Crunch, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, CNN and Fox News all featured you in your first week - AMAZING.

Care to share links to these??? lol

Edit: Misread Netmoney post, apologies to all.

Not sure if they are on those sites, pretty sure they did it for social proof. But the case study so far looks amazing.

I am not sure about 4 other cases, but i have the same result with case #3, it ranked in top 300 pretty fast, less than one day according to whatismyserp.

But i am still not sure how long it last.

I meant links to the features from CNN, Fox Business, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Tech Crunch...and the all impressive Inc 500...

They may be the first company to make that list in just 19 days...it is really amazing. So amazing that it defies all logic

Alright i can't believe i am still drunk in tuesday lol, edited my post and sorry for my ignorance =.=

OP - some advice: you are already going to face an uphill battle when a business owner clicks on your site and sees the "CEO" is 13 - but ANY smart business owner is doing to do some digging - and if they see an INC 500 logo on your site that is 19 days old it screams "complete and utter scam" - then when they try to locate you on those fancy sites you listed...they will run even farther away from you.

This is gonna be interesting. Thanks OP. subscribed.

Love these guys that thank and subscribe but never read the whole thread. What's the point?

Do you really want to do business with a guy that hasn't got his first pube yet?

Can you please stop? That was put there because if it was removed, the alignment would be messed up, yeah, we did try.

It was included in the WHMCS template that was used, and it wasn't an overnight project. I stayed up for countless nights with candybar in the past few months working on it, and the amount of money that I've invested in it was every single cent that I earned with CPA into it. Let me give you an idea, it cost $500 alone to have the SERPBook integration in the client panel done, and if I begin to list everything else, I'd be up all night.

I don't know what you're trying to get at, but I'm not denying anything at all. Whatever happens.. happens, I can't control that.

But coming on my thread and flaming is not going to make me feel any better at all.

Yeah, I was not the nicest person before, but every single post I've made on this account has been quality and I haven't been a douchebag to anyone and I don't plan to be. The only reason I made it was to handle support when candybar was away for personal reasons, so I could help the customers.

I would appreciate it if you could just stop, please. It's 11:56 PM and I snuck downstairs just to see the posts on this thread, are you happy?

Again, whatever happens is going to either way, but doing what you're doing isn't going to make anyone feel better.
