Here is my experience thus far:
As a newbie to creating sites this was a bit of an experience for me. I had many hiccups just trying to get the hosting and domain correct, thankfully Alex remained patient with me.
I literally set up the hosting and handed it off to him. The turn around was one day longer than expected but damn was it worth it. As soon as I went to the domain name I saw a beautifully designed site.
The layout of the site is great and the articles were well written. I still need to check the SEO optimisation of the site but if it is at the same quality as I have seen thus far (and nothing has given me any reason to think it wont be) then I have nothing to worry about.
I have been holding off on reviewing but I thought I would share my experience thus far which has been nothing but positive. When I bought this site I had no monetisation method, Alex has said I can submit the site so adsense, amazon etc and get approved. When that happens he will help with monetising the site which is what I look forward to.
He has been patient and clear with his communication. I have been slow to respond as I have many things going on in my life right now but he has done his best to work with me. I don't know what else I can say but I think that is all that needs to be said about as it shows what kind of person he is.
This is only half my review, I will try to leave the other half in about a few weeks or a months time to show how the site has done. Of course when I do it is important to remember that having a beautifully designed and properly optimised site is only one piece of the puzzle. It depends a lot on the niche and the off site SEO that we do as well.
Nonetheless I would strongly recommend his services. I'll pop back in to give you an update of the site.

Just to give an update,
Alex has fulfilled the monetisation aspect of the site and I am very impressed. The ad placement are great! the only problem is I tried to apply to adsense with he site and was not approved. That's fine it just means I have to keep the site updated and build some links to it.
Hpefully in a months or so time I'll give another update of what I earn from the site.
