can anyone recommend me a good dedicated server for running GSA SER?

I've been looking everywhere for one but would like to hear your guys is opinion. Thanks.

Why do you need a dedicated server though?

I use Windows VPS with a company called host-stage and they seem to be working really well (and very cheap).

I found the vendor on bhw and i think somewhere in the sales threads they may even have had a special offer for bhw (Cant remember exactly)

http://www.host-stage.net/windowsvps.php

I have been using PowerUpHosting dedicated server since last 6 months and never run in to any problems, so you might want to have a look there also.

dedicated server is better for running GSA more effectively.

I used to own a VPS from host stage as well. Great support from those guys.

Yes, I can recommend an excellent one. It's from OVH, www.soyoustart.com/us/offers.xml

I use their SYS-i7-2 plan. Gets me between 1-3 million links a day. And afaik, 90% of VPS sellers are just resellers of OVH.

thanks for the share. Looks like they have some good plans.

Get a vps with 6-8 GB ram that will be enough for 1 GSA + CB.

*GSA is a 32 bit program and i not think if it can utilise more then 4-5 GB of ram.

i will sugges to try vpswindows.biz

Yea, I run GSA on something similar to that, any more than 6GB ram is waste really (unless you are doing other things on there as well, of course).

You will only ever use up to 4 gigabytes of ram on a 32 bit application.

I wouldnt call it a waste as you can run more software like scrapebox or whatever you like.

SolidSeoVPS is another good company for buying VPS and servers for GSA.

I would recommend using OVH as well, for that kind of money you get pretty decent dedicated servers just install Win afterwards yourself (search BHW a bit for instructions) and you will be just fine!

thanks for all the suggestions guys, think i'll be going with datashack as it looks like the best deal to me. btw It's not only going to be used for GSA SER. Have a few other software I need to run at the same time.
