Received: 26/06/2014 (After complaining I hadnt received it yet)
TAT: 2-3 Days so it was a week late
Package Ordered: $3/100 keywords for a 2000 word article (I received 1965 words).
Conclusion: To say I'm unsatisfied is a gross understatement. With such a nice sales post and good reviews - I thought I Was in safe hands.
US/UK/Canadian Natives : I would have to argue this point. So you have writers that live in those countries - sure, I'll give you that much - but I cannot accept that their first language is English. The quality of my article was poor at best. This isn't my primary business and I could easily write a much better article than what was provided. What irritates me most is that I queried before the time and gave an exact example of the kind of article I wanted. We discussed it and he suggested that the cheaper "1$ / 100 words article" wasnt good enough so I forked out for the 'better quality' "3$ / 100 words article".
The "writer" (I put that in quotation marks because I'm quite certain this article was "copy/pasted" from somewhere else and a program was just used to make it "unique" with synonyms/acronyms/adjectives/etc. I mean, terms like "essential supplements post-workout" were used (I never gave this as a keyword by the way, this isn't proper English). I was so disappointed in this article I didn't even want to use it in my blog.
This is the kind of quality I expect from a scraped article. The kind of article I would expect for 5$ not 60$.
In regards to the late delivery, its another thing I cannot accept from any SEO/Copywriter provider. The excuse was that "their senior web content developer was hospitalised". (Since when is a copywriter a content developer? *sigh*). If this was indeed the case, what is EXPECTED is that the MOMENT this happens, you inform ALL your affected clients to let them know their delivery will be late. You DON'T wait a week past TAT to let the complaints rush in.
I was wary when the English in the pre-sale communication (and continued post-sale) was poor - I was forgiving though and just thought that it was because the sales person wasn't the writer. While this still might be the case, the kind of English used in the article wasn't far off.
If you're looking for cheap content on a 2nd tier / fake blog kind of scenario - sure, use these guys. If you're looking for a copywriter for your money site, I cannot possibly recommend these guys.
On the plus side: They say they will give me 20% refund for the late delivery (apparently have to wait 24 hours to receive this). Communication was fast.
Verdict: Not Recommended
