haha, paypal money adder i saw this ages ago. Shame on anyone foolish enough to use it, i'll give you a hint, the real name of the app should be PayPal account login info stealer.

I can only think of 2 possible ways to do it to get it quickly in PP account:
1) Do a job, work something if anyone needs a task done (which may be a little hard)
2) Join JVZOO, there are products that offer instant payment via Paypal. Look for something you know you could sell fast to someone. Also, the comissions are high, when I needed $10 once I sold a product which costed around $16 and offered 66% comission.

As you said freelancing isn't suitable for you and sites like Fiverr, etc.. take a long time to get paid your best option is probably to promote digital products from a marketplace such as Rapbank because they pay instant commissions to you via Paypal as soon as you make a sale.
Getting free traffic quickly will be the hardest part, so you probably want to use a variety of traffic sources such as forums, videos, etc.. so you have a better chance of making a sale. Plus make sure you only promote a product which pays at least $15 so you only need to make one sale.

Freelance. Fill out amazon reviews, fiver reviews, ebay reviews, whatever it takes. Trust me - its easier than you think to make money from nothing, itll just take a bit of time and some energy on your part.

Use Search bar and learn making money thru IM but if you have special skills like graphics, Article writting etc., you can easily get clients from it and earn money by posting on this forum. and also you can try fiverr like the other posted here,,, Many ideas will earn many money, goodluck and happy earnings...
