OP, if you want help then provide more details.

Is it a Wordpress site?
Are you using nulled themes?
Are you on a shared server etc?
Have you contacted your hosting company?

It must be a WordPress site most probably, because they get defaced/hacked pretty fast if you don't take proper precautions. We cannot help you without proper details, so please reply what W130SN has asked in the above post.

If you download those premium themes from warez sites that's what you get. They give those themes out so they can inject their links on your site without you knowing, deface your site, etc.

Ask your hosting company and also run the AV scan [usually present in cpanel of most hosting companies.]
