I chatted with OP on Skype and he told that he would give me another KW which is high advertiser competition, but now I haven't received any one yet. Also he didn't response me on Skype.

Yes, I got it, too. He gave me an kw with low advertiser competition. Not other information about kw. After 1 month, I request refund, and he has already refunded to me.
But don't buy anything from this guy.
