We want to pay using Paypal.

If your customers want to buy using paypal then you should provide them with that option otherwise you are leaving money on the table.

I understand completely. However, people with PayPal buy things then open dispute even though services or products are provided. And with VCC taking this risk at the moment is not something we would like to do. You can buy Bitcoins with localbitcoins using PayPal. Please let me know if you need help doing so.

They work just like a regular credit card. You can register online using any internation or USA billing address for making purchases online. If you should have any further questions or how to order, you can add our support and we will gladly help you out! :)
 
You should store the cards across a river of burning lava then they MIGHT be harder to access..

High blood pressure trying to buy a $5 card..

I am being asked for phone number verifications and asked to send a valid drivers license or other ID and this is only me trying to buy bitcoins to but the cards lol.

Yea PayPal to buy anything nowdays besides eBay can be difficult. Most sellers don't accept due to fraud, fake accounts, etc. Plus then you have the few that open dispute or try to even when you sent them the product or service and they just want to burn you. So this is why we only accept BTC, WMZ, or PM.
