I ordered from Rank Geek 2 times before, and this is my 3rd time.
They have a very problematic system in the form field .
They only allow us to enter these "Please use the same email ID as your PayPal account"
The first few order, he was on skype, so he is able to manually change it to my personal email.
But for the 3rd order, he did not bother to reply to me on Skype after getting the confirmation ID to him, and he send a press release draft to my PayPal email .
I just saw the email today on my PayPal Email and the release is due tomorrow.
I order 2 weeks ago.
Communication : 1/ 100 - WORST.
GO and FIX Your Form Fill, NOT EVERYONE USES SAME EMAIL FOR COMMUNICATION AND PAYPAL!
PLUS, REPLY ALL YOUR SKYPE CONVERSATION. GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT.

We are sorry for your bad experience but we dont see any problem with our form and no one till date has complained us about it. We have a big box in the order form and this is what it says - "Details of your order - Keywords, URLs, Special Offers, What would you like promoted in the Press Release. Also add full address and contact details if you've chosen the PR Green or Red options"
You can add all the extra information here including your email Id and that is what the other customers do as all dont use their paypal Id as their contact Id. Other than this, we have also mentioned that you can contact us @ info(at)rankgeek(dot)com
Coming to availability on Skype we are always there but as we are from India there is time difference and because of that we wouldnt have been online when you where available.
We still take your feedback seriously and try to work out on that.

I ordered a TOP 50 Green Press Release Package. I got the report after 1 week but found 2 links dead, and emailed them back to orders at writemailbox dot com, after 10 days received no word from them, so i went ahead and sent 2nd email to info at rankgeek dot com, its been another 10 days, and still i have no answer from them. and my SB Wire link is still missing. This is absolutely poor communication!
