Webhosting and domain name for linkspam website

So i've been reading alot about gsa ser, gscraper, and a bunch of other software, but I don't know if my host will suspend me for it.
I'm aware if you use a scraper, you might have problems with your vps, but when i'm talking about receiving tons of spam links to my domain name should I worry?
Oh, and if anyone has a recommendation for a good host/domain registrar, i'd be happy to hear it.

Also, sorry if this was in the wrong section, as I coulden't find a blackhat section for webhosting.

Well I am aware of that, I was just wondering if normal hosting companies allow this, as i'm just talking about hosting a regular domain/website, but with a ton of spam links to it.

tons of spam link 'to it' shouldn't be a problem AFIK...
