I got free review copy and here is my honest review-
PR status of the blog post was as promised. All the comments were relevant to the blog post but most of the blog post's comments were already filled with spam comments. I gave OP 5 keywords and he used all of them in equal proportion but 2 comments were removed, 1 comment was on non-english post and 1 still had href tags. Report was provided in 24 hrs with along with blog post url, placed keyword and PR of blog post.
Overall, if OP used less spammed blog posts then this service can be much much better.
