How to check if Facebook SDK is correctly installed in your App.
To check if your SDK integration work, select your app in the Facebook Developer site, click Insights and you will see some charts and numbers. Check the "Mobile App Events" section and you will see a number/chart for "New Mobile App Installs". If your SDK integration is correct, the number should be your total installs (regardless of whether they are from Facebook Ad or not)
So if that number is not zero but your Ad reports zero install, it really means that clicks are really clicks only and the clicking users did not install your app.

Can the ads be created in any language other than English?
Yes. We can create the ads in any language. You are more than welcome to cross
check the grammar of the copies before they go live.
What do you need to start the ads?
1. We need General User Access to your ads account.
2. App URL
What is the setup fee and what does it include?
The setup fee is 150$. This is a one-time fee and it includes unlimited campaigns
for ONE page/website/app/event, optimisation of ads, monitoring, ad copies and
creative and support.
It also includes a 50$ Facebook Coupon that can be used to pay for the ads.
P.S. The coupon is valid only for new accounts that have never run ads on them
before. Coupons are subject to availability.
Is there any guarantee?
Due to the nature of the service and as every niche and every page/website is
different. We do not offer any guarantee. However, we do give you an estimate
on the cost you would have to spend per like/click and that is the price 99% of
the time that you would be paying to Facebook.
Will the users be targeted?
Yes. They will be targeted to your app interest. As a result, they will engage with
your app.
How many ads will you create?
We create around 6 ads per campaign. The number of campaigns we create
depend upon your goals.
For example one campaign is generating 100 likes in a day and you wish to
generate 1000 likes in a day, so we create 10 similar campaigns for you.
What kind of geo targeting can be done?
We can target people based on country, state, city and even zip codes.
Can you target people speaking a particular language?
Yes
Can you target fans/users of a particular fan page/groups/app?
Yes
How long does it take for you to setup the ads?
It usually takes anywhere between 24-72 Hours depending upon the complexity
of the niche.
When do we make the payment?
The payment is to be made upfront in full before the campaigns are setup.
Can you run Facebook campaigns for any niche?
Yes.
Will I be able to view the campaigns?
Yes. You will have complete control over the campaigns.
What budget do we start with?
With start with 1$/day and then scale things up after the ads have been
optimised fully.
Should I install the conversion pixel on my website?
Yes. It is advisable to do that so that you will know how much you are paying for
each conversion.
Do you provide the keywords/targeting based on the niche or I have to
do it?
We do our own research and find the most apt targeting for the ads. You are
more than welcome to share your knowledge with us.
For $150 campaign how many installs I will get on my fan page ?
150$ is for the setup, optimisation and monitoring of ads only. Ad cost are extra.
