I have a 2 month old site ranked on #2 for my main keyword (200k searches per month), great content, great on page and also I build links every day 2-3 from high pr sites, forums, blog posts, social media, web 2.0(a few), article directories, unique content on all. 1 week ago was on #4, today was on #2 but in last hour he drop to #8. Is just a google dance or because google see some new backlinks for my site and he will re-calculate the ranking for my site and that is the reason for why the site drop. Somebody experience that ?

The SERPs results shuffles every day. Watch out your backlinks in Ahrefs and see if there are any suspicious links. If not, you can continue with your backlinking but this time do it a little more to stay ahead in the game.

I don't do anything wrong that's funny.... and that's weird because my site drop... I hope is just a google dance because I spend 2 weeks to write content for the site.

OP, I never knew Google is "he" considering their bitchy behavior.

Either way, no one would be able to answer your question so it's best to wait and see. SERPs are being restructured every single day. You can't expect to have your site cemented at any position.

Not sure what you mean by "great content and great on-page". According to who? A few spots movement is okay, once you notice anything more drastic you'd like to take a deeper look at what's going on.

UPDATE:
I read about some updates 3-4 days ago, it seems my site was hit by this panda update, I dissavow some a 3-4 referring domains backlinks, the lowest quallity backlinks, add some fresh content, change a little bit the structure on the site because I think it have over optimized anchor text, added another hq backinks just a few.... my site dance between 6-8 spot, like I say it was on #2 and some second keywords drop to page 2, long tail keywords still on the top... no msg in WMT, I think it was a algo hit... God damn it google!
