Hi BHW,
I have read many articels on this site and started a unique content blog some time ago.
But because creating the content is very time consuming i have thought about other ideas for blogs.

Because i have a huge collection of funny pics from sites like hugelol or 9gag i thought about building a blog with my favorite ones and advertising it through social media.

My questions:

1)
My main question is, if it is legal to post these pictures, since the sites i get them from arent the original sources (ca. 90% of their posts are reposted from other sites) and they dont seem to have problems either. ( the conent isnt uploaded by the site owners, but by users)
Will adding unique discriptions / titles change anything?

2)
Is it allowed to use adsense on this blog?

3)
Do you have any other ideas for the monetization of this blog?

4)
Do you have some tipps where i could advertise me blog?

i will answer no 1 and 2

1. In my personal opinion, I think there are no real owners of funny pics especially when it is a screenshot. People just love this kind of things and it is usually posted for fun and gets viral on the internet.

2. Yes, because it is not a porn site..does it contain nude or something?

3-4. You have to search other thread for these two questions

I would like to answer no 4. Yes there are many ways to get traffic on your blog. You can use FB pages to advertise your blog and also you can add your ads on different ADs sites.

No, you will not any problems with adsense just because you have copied content from other websites. BTW, the best content should be original and unique which provide good quality for visitors
