I do not care a lot about that account so if it easier for you you can create and verify me a whole new account or unlock the old one. It's the same. I would prefer to verify using the 15$ vcc. The paypal account is european (non UK), the one that can be verified with credit card. Bear in mind that I'm a new user and probably cannot reply you back on p.m. Let me know if you can do this.
