Should I add another 301?

I have a site with about 6 redirects going into it. It is sitting on number 7 on page 1 in UK and about halfway down page 2 in USA.
I added another 2 301s about 3 days ago and it moved slightly,maybe 1 position up.

Would it be ok to add another 301 at the moment or should I wait for a bit longer to see what happens?

Also,with 301s,how often should you add them? Is 6 at the one time fine or should it be spaced evenly over a period of time?

i will recommend to wait and see first if the previous 301 brings good / bad
if it shows good result, i will add another one

Make sure that the backlink history of domains which you're going to use for 301 are clean, coz if they were penalized they will flow the bad effects to your main site too. And to your question, yes you can add it right away. If the backlink profile was good, then you will get SERP improvements quickly.
