Dupefree Pro Gone?

I'm not sure if it's just me, but for the past few hours I've not been able to check anything with Dupefree Pro!

After pasting text for checking in a window and clicking "Online," nothing happens. Not in 5 or 10 minutes, not even in 20 minutes! No results are coming out. Just last night everything was fine, now it's all stalled. Re-installing the whole thing didn't change anything.

Hope to get help from some Dupefree Pro-knowledgeable people here... Thanks!

Don't know if you are talking about its feature of allowing you to check for duplicate content. If that's what you're talking... I have never gotten that feature to work for the months that I've been using Dupfree Pro.

I've always relied on : http://www.plagiarismdetect.com/ which is the best free duplicate content checker I've found online.

I'm talking about Dupefree Pro's online duplicate detection feature, where you paste your text on any of the two windows then clicking the "Online" button to let the software check Google, Yahoo and MSN for previously published content identical to the text you entered.

This functionality has been very reliable throughout my almost 2 years of online freelance writing/rewriting and I just feel so crippled without it.

Yes, plagiarismdetect is another one of my 4 reliable checking tools, but I never fail to confirm the results from these 4 through Dupefree Pro. Now I feel so uneasy submitting finished articles to clients.

Well, it has not worked for me ever since I've been using Dup Free. I don't think you have a lot to worry about though. If it is rewriting you mainly do, from you ensure that significant changes are made in certain places... there is not a lot to worry about.

No it's not just you. The current version of DupeFreePro can't pull results from MSN & Yahoo! They're working on a new version to fix these bugs, but its taking longer than expected. You can read about it on the blog.
