New Uploads Not Showing Up in 'Upload' and 'Activities' section?

I have noticed since this morning that when you upload and & publish videos, they don't show up on 'Upload' and 'Activities' section.
And I noticed this from all of my 3 channels.
Since all of my channel are in good standing with no risky activities, it looks like some system glitch is going on as of now.
Are you guys having same problems?
If you are not sure, please look into your homepage's activities section and see whether today's uploads have been shown up.

Double check that you haven't switched channel.

If you upload with channel 1, and you're logged it as channel 2, you won't see uploads of the former.

Unfortunately, yes, I did all that but the issue still remains.
