No, you don't need to wait as these links will index them.
No, it is clear in sales page that you can't.
If you post so many comments for the same URL anti spam filters will block that url, so after some amount of comments we will not be able to post more.

Yes. But you need to understand that some of web20 will die over time because that niche is not allowed.
