is everyone getting 21 day paypal holds on there money though ebay??

Yup. No way around it. Can't remove the 21 day hold in the beginning, and can't remove it, but if you are lucky or submit ID you can get it removed real quick. Sell a lot for 90 days, lots of feedback, and good DSR

You will have the 21 day hold with every new account you make.

The only way to get past Paypal's 21 day hold is by doing the following:

Having over 25 selling transactions.

Having over $250 in sales.

Having 3 months of successful selling with no opened cases or negative feedback.

I just made a new ebay account. And i dont have the hold.
Heres what i did:
paypal got it business verified
ebay gave tracking after order was received, ebay released payment next day or 2

its normal for new accounts. They hold your money for safety reasons in case there are charebacks and disputes.

It was really frustrating, i transferred some funds to a new account just pay for an item and it was held, really annoying

Thats still considered in the 21 day hold.

Meaning they can hold for 21 days max

But yeah in ebay page it says after tracking says delivered funds are released 3 days after, or next day when you receive positive feedback
