Every site it is hard to find someone reliable for cheap.

When looking for a freelancer choose one with a MININUM of 30 postive feedback and look over their feedback. I hired my current freelancer to do a 9 day job and it has been around a month so far and it is nearing finishing stages.

Also, don't just go for the cheapest quote, make sure that you review their feedback first.
