With only 1 url it doesn't matter, you can just give me the url and the keywords in plain text. I have formatting suggestions on the order page, but plain text is fine, I can quickly convert it to what I need.

If it were that easy to get banned, Id have 10 times as much business as I do. People would just order it for all their competitors and then all their competitors would just fall out of page 1 and they would float to the top. Im not saying its not possible to do things wrong and do more harm then good, but Ive not ever had someone get a pentalty from my links, due to the type of links and how they work. However you can cause your site to drop in rankings if you do things wrong.
For example, order 150K links with 1 anchor to the home page of your site that you registered last month. Thats going to do more harm then good.
