I can understand you are upset here and you didn't mean to order "Shields" but that's not our fault either we weren't to know your mistake and we've done as you asked changing them for you when you asked, also any mails to support have been answered (they always are within 24 hours) by us so unsure here on why you claim to have had no answer.
