How to Avoid Backpage from Deleting Ads?

I try posting ads on Backpage and they often get deleted. I have no idea why. I don't copy ad text. I write out all ads in a unique fashion. Unique title, unique ad. I've even tried using different email addresses. I also tried using CyberGhost's free VPN. They still deleted the f'ing ad even after using that. I can't see how proxies would be any different than a VPN. VPNs are superior to proxies. I haven't tried using a paid VPN yet. Seems a bit much to do that. There's got to be something that Backpage doesn't like that I'm doing and I just don't know what it is. Is there a tool here you recommend for this? Can anyone help me? I'm not looking for one of those massive ad-posters, BTW. I'm not spamming.

Not sure what category you're posting in, but if it the jobs section and you're posting Biz Ops, hang it up. They are monitor by live individuals.

It could be a website url that they don't like and every time you post an ad the url sends a flag signal the only reason why I say this is because I had that problem and that's what I found it to be.

I'm not posting any URLs. It really befuddles me in how Backpage tracks. I'm not spamming, but I do post in different cities. I tried a different VPN and they still delete the ads. I clear my cache, cookies, dns, etc. I even tried a new account on my computer. They track something and I'm not sure what it is. Behavior, perhaps? So if they monitor the jobs section with live humans, then they probably monitor all sections with live humans, right? What's different about jobs? That's too many resources I would think.

sssworld, so did you just give up in the end?

I am having the same problem. A week ago I used to post an ad and it would be fine but now, once I post it it stays live for 10 min max and then gets ghosted....

What gives? I am posting in the W4M section and always write my ad different. Different title, description, even pics. I haven't changed my IP but it seems that for the OP it didn't work anyways. The only footprint that I can think of, that I'm leaving is my CC details.

So if I were to get a VCC would that be sufficient for my ads to not get ghosted? Or I need the full package - new IP, VCC?

If anybody has a solution for this - please PM me!

There could be a couple of reasons, although since they charge you to post ads I find it funny they're still ghosting them on top of that. I can tell you that if they do anything like CL you're going to need new IPs, but that's pointless if you're using the same payment information, and actually it might end up getting you ghosted. CL uses a number of other things on top of that though, so if they're like that you'll need to use a different browser probably as well. CL will actually track the plug-ins you have and identify your browser that way no matter what IP you use and how well you clear cookies. Without knowing a ton about Backpage specifically, I'd clear all cookies and manually delete the flash cookies. Then get a clean IP and a VCC if they accept them. GEO locate the IP and post in the matching city, or find a proxy that the IP matches the city you want to post in. At least that way you're coming in clean as far as that goes. If that doesn't help or fix it, then you can go from there, but using a free VPN option isn't really the best bet. More often than not they've been abused since they're free. I would definitely try some HQ proxies before you give up entirely. I have a feeling it's a combo of your IP and payment information that's getting you ghosted.

Thank you, akacash! Your reply is much appreciated!!

IP is the major factor for all Classified Site. Post in right section & dont use same Credit Card for all ads in BackPage.

Quick question. Can you get away with using fake information when entering cc info as long as the cc number is valid/correct and you use a corresponding address/ip of the city that you are posting in?

does anyone have any more feedback on this? or been able to successfully do it?

Probably like the craigslist list jungle, Backpage has a lot of competitors flagging your ads, probably with automated software.

Geo Specific private premium virgin IPs
Fresh account created for a specific area with these geo specific IPs
Virtual Card Number for one time use
valid phone number
All fresh content; text, headline and photos
Clean browser with no cookies, no plugins

50/50 chance ad will stay up for longer then 3 hours to a week otherwise it's removed within 15 - 50 minutes, card charged with no rhyme or reason why it was pulled.

Next
Post with old headline, out of state IP address that's been abused countless times with plenty of ads taken down as a result
Virtual card number
bogus number

Ads stick 50 percent of the time, other times they go down.

Facts: Backpage has employees that look at the ads and decide whether they happen to like it or not. One guy might get lazy and let it go while another gets trigger happy with the ghosting button.
Your guess is as good as mine

Last resort?
Look into aged backpage accounts that have been active with posts on it for 30 -90 days and longer. Chances are they have implemented restrictions on brand new accounts being created and immediately running to post ads in the adult section ( clean IPs or not)

There is no simple solution to this problem other then praying these a-holes go out of business and shut down, so other ad venues step up and make things easier for a while ( until they don't anymore)

Good luck ya'll
