i am also planning to buy GSR for the link building purpose but don't have much budget to buy Private IPs etc, any other alternative for the IPs?

You can do the free public proxies but , they are slow and die fast ... get 20-30 private proxies and rock it ^^

Solid plan (i tried ance niche for C&B some time ago and comp was tough , i will suggest to try some short tails first )

you will need about 10 private ips and there is a seller providing 10 ips.

to run gsa you will need GSA+CB+VPS+Proxies+good scraper (SB , Hrefer , Gscraper )
it will be about $300 for first month and then about $25 (vps) +$10 (proxies) recurring depending upon needs. (there is a cheap vps provider http://vpswindows.biz )

I tried public proxies and they were not really good.

I don't have budget to buy all those things
For now, i can only buy GSA. Will that be enough? i was thinking to let GSA get free proxies (saw that in demo version).

I would love to buy all of that if i earn something from GSA.

that is impossible , my gsa eats about 100k captchas per day. (i use it for spam , but if you need quality then you need manual seo)

i will suggest you to do manual seo , it's time consuming and worth the effort.
(pm me if you need a tip to do it easily )

You should of used Express Indexer for indexing your backlinks, much better than instantlinkindexer / linkprocessor if you don't mind a less attractive web gui but a better indexing rate, not to mention theres no limitations in place.

forward thinking = less hassle.
