It's been 11 days now. Just yesterday I started seeing a few links pour in but it's definitely not 1200 and I still have yet to receive a report. When can I expect my order to be completed? TAT says 7 "business days" yet you say your team works weekends but that apparently doesn't count. Either way it's been over 7 technical business days.

You are not going to see 1200 links suddenly appear overnight. It takes time for these links to be indexed, especially if you did not opt for any of the tier 2 options or additional articles to help with the indexation. Your report was also just sent to you. Make sure to check your spam folder if you have trouble finding it.
