The answer is simple. People not contributing. People not making an effort to contribute. I personally think the mods should be a little more ban happy with the "omg help me seozz plezz!!" type of posts. It should be wham - instaban. Also the "nice post mate" posts should be instaban
Basically people seems are coming here for a social factor not any kind of actual contribution. Here's how to turn it around.
1) You start contributing. Instead of complaining, find something you know and contribute. I felt the same way you felt, and so I started *trying* to put more effort into contributing. One/two sentence posts are OK if answering a simple question. Not so for the rest. Start thinking of your replies and making them a little more in depth and contributing to the community.
2) Come up with something valuable for us. I'll give you an example from my experience here. A while ago I was asking for what was the best Tier 2 service (here). Nobody really came up with a good answer, so I decided to contribute to the community and test them out. Cost me a bit of money I couldn't well afford, but in the end I ended sharing the results of my Tier 2 service test (here) which I think could really help someone starting out. If you aren't making a post that will make people click the "Thanks" button then maybe you shouldn't post that. Unless it's a question.
That's on your end. Not to be personal, but I did a quick search of the last 10 posts you made and it doesn't seem like any of your posts are really indepth replies, how tos, case studies, etc. Heck I have a hard time finding one over 10 sentences in your last 20 posts or so. Not that I checked them all but I did with a few. Maybe start with yourself?
Lastly I think BHW needs a way to up vote/down vote people. If we have a way to down vote every loser on here who posts "nice share bro", then the mods can go through their members and see whoever has the most down votes and purge them if they are adding nothing to the community. If there's no quality control then we'll all suffer as the gems will be buried.
That's just my two cents worth and hope it wasn't too harsh. Nothing personal

Well before I had any experience or knowledge I came across WarriorForum. It's funny now, because I thought it really must be THE place, but in the 10-15 times I visited and went through threads I quickly lost interest & wasn't sure why. Now I just realize it sucks, but I guess it's due to feeling the love for BHW.

Have you actually taken 30 seconds and messaged a mod? In between my 'moaning' in all those SLs I get PMs just about every day and I answer almost every since one of them. On the occasion when people have actually asked the question about how to pay for Jr VIP without a CC, I point them to the BlackHat Support link that's on the bottom of every BHW page. (Scroll all the way down, you'll see it). I tell them to fill that out and then let me know if 2 days has gone by without an answer. If that happens, I follow it up with a PM to DD to check for it.
I ask that ppl to check the FAQs for the answers that are posted but if the answer isn't there (like this one), then PM us and ask.
