Online Wire Transfer?

I'm having trouble paying one of my article writers that is in Nigeria. Paypal doesn't allow Nigerian accts (damn racists).

Anyone know of an online money transfer service that works? Already tried Western Union - didn't work because my phone isn't registered in my own name.

There is Xoom.com. If they don't allow transactions to Nigeria, you can't call them racist either. Most organization are afraid to do business with Nigeria because it is a country infamous for scammers. Of course it is the home land for the popular "Nigerian Scam".
