The extra 10 bucks for a .com is well worth it in my opinion. A .info just makes it look spammy to the average user/moderator.

A .info simply says cheap, and you want to make a good first impression. Due to the fact that the domain is often the first thing people see, seeing a .info does not make a good first impression.

I still get Google Alerts daily. I don't use it as much as I use to, but it definitely isn't "dead".

I've narrowed down to the 'products for runners' category, but there are thousands of products (shoes, for example). Should I try the information product route for this niche? What do you suggest?
