PBN stands for Private Blog Network, so "Public PBN" sounds kinda weird.

Anyway, to answer your question, there still are many public networks, however I would not go with a Public Blog Network, but rather build my own Private blog network.

I'm not going to mention name of seller but the last time I used a network from BHW here, my site got swept off the top 10 pages of search results. Be careful when you pick your seller.

well, i highly prefer SAPE than PBN (public blog network or everyfuckingbody can use private blog network). Still work like a charm in my place.

Private Blog Networks still work. Public ones, like most people here said are no longer working properly. I just ended my subscription to FBN after failing to rank a bunch of very easy keywords (which i ranked with just one line from my personal network). Public networks are crap because they use crappy content and you always get those 3 links per post or a link to wikipedia - and that's a very very clear footprint. If you want public, easy to purchase and good results, go with SAPE.
