How to notice that an Ip is really virgin?!

I have a question please...
When you buy a private dedicated IP to create a YouTube account, How do you notice/ determine if the given IP is really private and dedicated and of course haven't been used before by others?

You can determine if it is dedicated/private by that it requires u/p login authentication or IP auth

Unfortunately you can't determine if it is used by others and/or virgin. You just have to trust your provider..

By "login authentication or IP auth" do you mean taking my real IP by the purchased service or so?

if you are looking for proxies for Social media OR a task that comes in high value task.

I recommend you to take Dedicated Private proxies and ask the Provider First or SEE on it's site that they support it if not listed their let them ask.

And Ofcause you don't need virgin ip for creating account just what you need is a Clean IP that is not Report ABUSED on many Spam sites like Spamhaus etc
