As a newbie, start with the high gravity products on clickbank.

Yes and no. I've seen many newbies struggle to promote high gravity (200+, mainly MMO) products as it will be impossible to make it to the first pages of google/yt serps etc...

My opinion would actually be to try to start with low to medium gravity products; of course, checking that the landing page is enticing enough and that the product is of good quality to avoid refunds. This products may have a lower sale volume potential, but usually are easier for newbies as affiliate competition will also be low.

Read up on seo and take your testing onto the battlefields.

My opinion: I would nor recommend a newbie to engage themselves in SEO independently but rather save up some funds along the way and hire a reputed SEO service. It would be much profitable, not only time and energy wise.

You can try FIVERR as more solution for this. It's only $5, to create backlinks for Your Youtube's Video. It's worth to try!

I would advice caution when it comes to purchasing views as youtube has become more good at detecting these and banning accounts.

Social shares, with a good line to arouse curiosity, are a good way to get real views.
