MC999: How to sell Digital Items on eBay ?

Hello!

I have some video games, I'd like to sell them but eBay constatly deleting my items.
I can see that some german sellers have listings since months in the same category, format I have - why isn't their listing removed ?
Is it possible that German eBay doesn't care much compared to the us guys ? Is there any way to change the registered site to different ?
I even tried to convert my items to physical (printing a card and sending to the buyer and sending an electronic copy to their address) but eBay removed even those, because still "possible" deliver them digitally.

Coz i believe Ebay.com is much highly scrutinized compared to other regional ebay websites.

Yes...
But I'm not really sure how to sell on regional sites and if it would be the item available to international customers.
I think I registered there I'm not sure because it was 5 years ago, is there any way to change the site to co.uk or .de or what is the "best" ?

Edit: Ok I found out how to sell on different sites, but: I guess they will monitor my activity at the global eBay. Can they remove my listings on different eBay sites ?

I tried to speak with them to make some kind of compromise, but I see that's not possible now.
They're pasting the same lines again and again like a robot.
Now they want me to list in Clasified Ad format - the fee of this format is 9.99 USD alone, and my items cost 8-10 dollars...

Try regional sites instead the .com

Well, first thing is first. Have you built up feedback on the account? I am able to sell digital video games there and there, with no issue, I have 30+ feedback on that stealth account.
