Could you be more specific, any details? Anything, that might be interesting in this course?
build backlinks using audio sharing sites , ebook marketng sites all white hat nothing else. Even the tips he shares on his publicly (freely) are much better that his course. I am not saying it is bad but it is the exact same info as can be found on his blog and the internet, in general for free.

Having enrolled on the course earlier this week, and then been thrown out by Brian (with full refund) for questioning the value of the modules when compared with what was freely available, I fully agree with Strausscan'. It's not worth the money, even at $197, let alone $985 which is what he's charging.

When you say "thrown out" he forced you out? I think that's pretty poor behaviour on his part.
I'm assuming the $197 course was his earlier one and the $985 is his latest one.
What was the general gist of the modules? Is he tending more towards "content marketing" as opposed to active link-building. Seems to be his stuff is more in that direction these days.

Brian Dean is one of the smartest guy when it comes to White Hat SEO. He is the man when it comes to building high quality backlinks from high authority sites. Yeah, high authority sites from related niches ( not just people throwing $5 for PBN ). If you check his blog post they are ranking on the first page on the top 5 position for on the the hardest keywords related to SEO.
And in his course he has listed different white hat methods to get backlinks from High Authority Sites and related niches. Mind it .. i said "High Authority Sites" Strong DA, PA, .. not like the ones you guys pay for some crappy PBN here. His methods are all white hat and that too needs some investment sometimes. But he has listed those methods that your brain can't ever thing and that is why the price is for.
It's really funny when people tell that his course is crap just because they don't know Brian name. Google for "back links" and he is still on the top 5 with out building thousand of backlinks to his site. He knows how to get the job done.
Oh yeah .. soon people will start telling me that i am promoting his course here. I understand.

Black Hat SEO and White Hat SEO works different way .. but can any one tell me if any of the site ( black hat seo ) ranking for "back links" ?

I own the course. It was worth the money. but... Let me explain.
I own a few businesses and I get leads for those businesses online. People search for term, they fill out something on my site, sales guys call them. So the more people that found me and filled out something saying they were interested the more income I made. I was sick of Black Hatting b/c of the google penalties etc. Back in the day ranking for "buy Backlinks" etc... was fun and profitable. Now Black Hat ranking is more work for shorter reward.
His course explained "white hat" linking and PR better than any other course. I own neil patel's crap and it was written by one of his interns and should have to be refunded to anyone who ever bought it! The sales page was written better than the book.
Brian Dean's first two videos are worth the $$$ and IMO worth another 1k.
Realize that value is arguable. It was of great R.O.I. (return on investment) for me because to rank my site permanantly for one keyword meant $$$$$ every month for me and I spent $$$ on the course one time. So yeah it is worth it.
The coolest thing for me personally about that course is this. I bought the course, gave access to one of my writers/assistants and she taught herself how to perform what the course asked for. It took a year for that to happen but now I own the internet for the keywords surrounding that business. This has meant we have went after new keywords and started gaining customers we never knew were even out there. So yeah worth it.
Down side: It takes time, thinking, understanding, and hard work. His "methods" are more of a concept than a blueprint. That is all I needed. If you are looking for the magical spreadsheet/button to push then this is not the course for you.
With all that said I think I am going to begin it again and do a refresher course on it. Cheers.
