We find expiring/expired domains with authority. These Domains have PR, pa/da (page/domain authority), good tf/cf, links and 7-8 other undisclosed parameters are also analyzed. When we 301 these to your domain, The link juice, Authority, Trust gets passed on to your domain though 301 (Permanent Redirects), Which makes your site rank higher.

Now Ideally, if you're going for our service, It'll be a good idea to make some links with your keywords as anchors, so google knows what you want to rank for. Like some links from web 2.0s should be good. This combined with the Authority & link juice, pushes the sites higher in SERPs If you already have some existing links for your site, then making new links isn't needed.
