We are talking During all those years about How to Make Money online , How to rank Our Videos , How to use Copyright matrial without Strickes and all those thinks , and we never talk how can we be SUED from Companies that we use their content to make benifits for our selfs.
I wanted to Pose THIS TOPIC to bring you our experiences and our readings for this topic ,
Can anyone tell us that has Read From true source ,
If any Typicall youtube Publisher is being sued in world by any big company for copyright or for damages materialistic, because this in my mind all the time I read on some site by searching on google that any big company has not sued any typical Publisher Youtube till now, if anyone has any information correct for this Topic would be good to show any link with either...

why the f... big companies or even small would waste time/$/lawyers and more on something thats can be taking down by claiming rights?

Unless you have made 10's of 1000's or even 100's of 1000's from their material I doubt they would waste court fees in dragging you through court it can get quite expensive and time consuming. They would issue you with a cease and desist and if it continues then they may seek court action. Even then they only do these things to set an example for people so it does not continue.

But for the mean time, I would not worry too much or have sleepless nights over it. Especially if your earning nothing...

thanks for the answer especialy for this couse im earning about 100-300 $ per day and i recived some copyright strickes and even if they send my again and again those strickes i will continue with openin new channels and new youtube account earning the same for this my question is if can they can sued us if we are outside USA or even if we are INside the USA territoral is there any diference , im posting one interensted topic for my and others there and you are pray from my part to be serious in anaswear .. thanks again.

yes you can get sued. if you are using their content to earn money. if you are just spreading their content then not really. But if you are spreading content that makes them money then yes you can get sued. You can also just be fined with a cease order.

OP, the Law applies everywhere. Yes you can be sued. But it is unlikely unless you make a seriously dumb move without protecting yourself.

If you are doing ANYTHING that can get you into ANY kind of LEGAL trouble, then it would make sense to distance yourself from your REAL identity, don't you think?

yes but in finish you need to recive the money and you need to recive in your name im not in trobule seryosly just like 50%-60% of persons posting others musics on youtube Serials and Football Reply Goals.. just that im doing

Look mate, it is highly unlikely you have anything to worry about.
The worst that usually happens is your vids get deleted or the channel banned.

Just carry on and don't worry.

If you are still worried then read through the forum and consult a lawyer.
