It depends what you want to achieve. If it's long term ranking I wouldn't buy any service.

If it's churn and burn try some out and just go for it.

Also the minute you mention money you will have people try and take it/be your new best friend.

Do you know what the big package entails?

Is it a truckload of crappy links? I strongly advice you thread carefully to avoid wasting your resources and also getting your site penalized.

In SEO there are 99 levels or more, but always remember don't start at the middle, start at level 1 and carry your way through the top
