Facebook traffic for a dime, is it possible?

Hello, I am good at SEO but not at facebook so I want to know one thing from you, do you know anyone who sells facebook traffic 10K for $20-30. Majority of traffic should be from developed countries. I myself do not believe in this but have some proof from the guy who is banking facebook and that's why I decided to open this thread sorry if it is noobish but the fact speaks for itself for me. What's your opinion is there anyone out there who provides such service?

I do that. 10K for 20$ amounts to 0.002$/click.This is very very difficult but I can get you penny clicks from Facebook. My thread is in my signature and my Skype : SocialStories.

For example: Indonesia country - I got CPC (cost per click) $0.005 by using CPM method as the payment method in Facebook ads. This is rare.

If you select USA as your targeted country, you will not get $0.005 as the CPC.

OK apart from paid ads, the facebook fanpage status updates or group posts may be a part of strategy but are they available anywhere for that cheap? How do you think guys?

When using paid ads, there is no way to get lower than 0.02 cpc in US. Even if your RHS ctr is 5+, cpc will stay @ 0.02.

After some research I came to conclusion that paid ads are not the issue, viral posts pointing to viral apps produce excellent traffic results from pages with a large fan base. Some experience will be appreciated if it can be shared here at all.
