Honest review (so called "250 HIGH PR LINKS")
I decided to stop subscription of this guy's services. Following are my reasons with details regarding candybar's service.
I ordered the 250 High PR pack. He answered fast when was about taking my money. After that nothing..no update, no "sample report" and 0 ranking improvements after 1 month.
I carefully checked with Majestic SEO and Ahrefs how many links this guy did for my keyword.
From 250 links that he pretended to offer, I only found around 20 which were decent, far from HIGH PR links.
*Note to candybar. If you reply to this thread with bullshit like "you requested drip feed" just stop wasting time pretending you are a legit seller, please. When I placed my order I clearly stated that drip feeding should be 1 week ONLY so I can really see in 1 month whats the indexing rate and how the links will increase my rankings.
I am really sick of scammers like this one. With reasons like we don't give reports to protect our network or he is busy and not answering his clients because of "expanding his business". This service is pure scam.
I am not recommending this to anyone looking for a short or long term solution for ranking any keywords. Do not expect 100 HIGH PR links when you order 100 HIGH PR links. It's going to be a waste of money.
I asked him before canceling my subscription to show me a full-report because I believe he didn't build even 100 links not to mention 250 for what I have paid for..and of course he didn't replied to my messages.
One last advice to everyone thinking of buying his services. DO NOT! Look at the last reviews this guy had. period

1st - You are building high 800+ OBL spammy links with your main keyword as anchor text to your site
I was using a third party tool, ahrefs, to examine some of the previous backlinks that you had before subscribing to our high authority links.

It has come to my attention that majority of the links that previously pointed to your website were spammy, and picked up by Google while the authority links were being added. For example, if you take a look at the following link:

You will see the there are over 800 websites trying to gain link juice from that one page, a lot of the websites being pharma, spammy and unethical websites. I recommend that before you start an authority backlink service like Candybar SEO that you disavow these links otherwise we cannot guarantee that rankings will improve. Our clients who do well have clean backlink profiles.
Doing so allows you to have a clean backlink profile before starting authority links, the reason that your rankings did not increase is the fact that these backlinks that existed before were spammy and built with automated tools.
In the above image, the backlinks are sorted by the OBL, and the main keyword you are trying to rank for exists on all of those pages. Again, a clean backlink profile is required before starting authority links.
2nd - Duplicate content on the page you are trying to create
The page you created content for and trying to index shows duplicate content. Copyscape shows 2 results from site:
