Scammed by 2checkout?

Hello guys, so I paid $640 with my payoneer cc to 2checkout. Actually to one guy who use it. Everything was fine, I got recipe.. then just few hours later guy from which I bought service told me that they recgonized my payment as fraud. Anyone had any experiance with this?! Problem is bescause they didn't refund my money to payoneer account. Will they do it? Or they keep it? Any other info you think I should know?

Same thing happned to me.

I paid 140$ , they recognized my payment as a scam , i asked bank , they said 30 days to refund the money.

2checkout.com sucks....

It takes few days to show up usually 3-5 business days in my case.

2co for product vendors is a nightmare. So many forms, questions etc. etc. I know everybody does but other companies allow a slack but this stupid website. Same happens with buyers too. Each company has fraud detection methods - while regnow, mycommerce, digital river, avangate etc. have like 1 in 10 denied, 2co has 3-4 in 10 denied. It's horrible.

talk with someone from Payoneer and screenshot him your transaction status provided by 2co. They should be able to do a chargeback or something.. to help you out. A refund to any kind of CC shouldn't take more than few days, so 30 days is absolute bullshit

Create a support ticket at their website or wait for 3-5 days, transaction will get reversed.

We will be happy to look into this for you, please open a support ticket on our website and include Black Hat in the Subject line and provide me your 2Checkout order number and email address. In general, if the funds were removed from your Payoneer card and your order is cancelled for anything you will see those funds returned back to your card within 3-5 business days (depending on your financial institution)

whats good is that they at-least have courtesy to reply to a thread on BHW, try that with PayPal. I know some of their processes are plain ridiculous.

You will likely get your money back. If they refuse payment due to fraud complaint it will be reversed just that it takes a little time.

2co is the only payment processor online that takes paypal payments and can pay out the vendor in any other way (wire/payoneer/check) without the vendor having PP at all, which is a big deal for people in countries like mine that don't have paypal.
