Try them on USA IP and if you face problem then let me know and of course, I'll replace them. (72 hours replacement guarantee period will apply for sure, for unused bad accounts)

I'm uploading 5-6 videos per account however youtube seems to be got the eyes on my IP since accounts created from my smartphone doesn't even last an hour if they are not phone verified

Don't use static IP, your accounts will be ruined.
It is your choice, you are uploading 5 or 500 videos per account. Just keep in view that if an account suspends, all 5 or 500 videos will be gone within second.
