So after a year what happens, are we offered the chance to 'renew' with the alternative being that the 301 is removed??

I guess I'm a bit confused because it seems to me you are saying it's for one year, yet at the same time you offer to transfer the domain to the buyer for an extra $40 and then it's theirs to have as a 301 FOREVER?

Also the $3, that's per domain per month for hosting after the 1st or 3rd month? I see you wrote after the first but then somewhere else, after the third month.

What if I decided I wanted no barriers and just slapped together a quick 10 post website around a niche with direct 301's.. Let's say it does well for 7 months, ranks awesome, brings in good rev, and then gets slapped by Googs... If I wanted to redo the content on a new domain could I get the 301's changed?
